Political stabilization and the increased transparency in the African markets have resulted in significant growth opportunities for mid-sized African companies. Many African companies, however, remain constrained by a lack of access to both debt and equity capital because of illiquid capital markets and an underdeveloped corporate banking sector. The Pan African Capital Group (PACG) provides a range of products and services on a regional basis, including structured lending, corporate finance advisory, bond issues, rated products, and private equity to support mid-sized companies operating in Africa.
