LIBERIA

International Bank (Liberia) Limited

Pan African Capital Group acquired IBLL in 2007, launching aggressive growth initiatives focused on increased and diversified revenue streams which has led to an average year-over year income growth rate of 13.3%, and sustained profits since 2008. IBLL is the oldest commercial bank in Liberia with more than half-century of operational experience in the country. Throughout the turbulent history of the country, IBLL and its management have distinguished themselves as strongly committed to Liberia and its people. Strong international ties have opened doors for financing, correspondent banking relationships, and employee training and capacity building.

Insurance Company of Africa 

ICA is Liberia’s oldest insurance company and a market leader in the industry ICA’s core business focuses on risk assessment and management and is a member of the West Africa Insurance Companies Association (WAICA); the African Insurance Organization (AIO), as well as a board member of the Liberia Insurance Assoication (LIA)

GHANA

Databank group

Founded by our partner Ken Ofori-Atta, the Databank Group provides the services of brokerage, market research, asset management, private equity and investment banking. Databank has been involved in numerous ground-breaking transactions which have taken place on the Ghana Stock Exchange including advising the Ghanaian government on privatization deals, the first tender offer on the Ghana Stock Exchange, and the first cross-border listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange.

KENYA

GridX Africa

PACG was a first-round investor in GridX Africa - a solar and energy storage developer and financer based in Kenya and active across East Africa. GridX provides green, reliable and low-cost energy solutions for its clients in the agribusiness, hospitality, manufacturing sectors among others. Founded in 2017, GridX has developed 1.9 MWp solar and 3.4MWh battery and has a pipeline valued at $25 million.
